which is there are people who can't read mandarin, so these people have no idea on how to register for a forum account not to say post a new thread.
i can't help much in forum... but... i will try my best to help you here... although this is quite a lame method but this is the only method that i could think of...
below is the tutorial for registering account for forum and posting new thread in the forum

| find [English Area] from the first page |

| this page will appear after your click on english area click on the purple button to post a new thread |

| this box will appear after you click on [New Thread] click on the red box that i circle to get to advance mode |

for uploading new picture, click on the [picture] button
 |
| this box will appear [for sharing pic from internet] |
 |
| for uploading picture from your pc/lappy/netbook |
 |
| click [submit] to post your thread |
